Best Western Inn

Clean rooms and staff was friendly. Unfortunately had difficulty with flushing the toilet and due to a later then planned arrival, were unable to access the lobby after hours. Staff provided a plunger in the morning. Breakfast was well rounded and a nice start to a travel day.

First time coming to this location. The service was amazing. The front desk was great, very friendly and accommodating. The rooms were a good size and very comfortable. My only issue was that there was still a per smell in the room, but that wasn't a deal breaker. It definitely stay here again if I was in the area.

The rooms were clean and comfortable, the free breakfast was good and had lots of variety including hot items like a waffle maker and buffet trays with sausages and eggs, and the customer service was wonderful. Great job Best Western in Munroeville. 5 out of 5 stars.

This is our 4th time staying here. Everytime we have stayed here the employees are always friendly and funny. Our room is very clean. The shower is blinding white. Our beds are comfortable. Our room is across from the pool so super close to grass for our dogs. The TV is huge. It is quiet. Thank you for always providing a safe clean space for us to rest while visiting family.

Check in was simple. Staff were very nice. Our room was clean. We didn’t check out the pool. The free breakfast is a positive bonus. It’s your typical hotel breakfast. Everything was clean. I would definitely book again.

I met Selina when we checked in, and she was very helpful and sweet. Then I met the manager when we checked out. I didn't get her name but I think she is from Germany she also was very helpful and sweet. The room was clean, and we felt comfortable. We would definitely stay again.

Staff very friendly & helpful. Breakfast was nice it had hot food & breakfast cereals along with yogurt & fruit cups. Only complaint is room had very strong marijuana smell & found marijuana seeds in the bed & toilet was not flushed when I arrived to my room. Room had microwave & mini refrigerator & coffee maker

The rooms were clean and things were fairly quiet. It was a nice touch to have a breakfast, but the breakfast will meet the needs of people who want meat and everything. For example, cheese and ham in their eggs, but no regular eggs except when a lady specially prepared a couple for me. But if that fits your diet, it was a good place to stay.

I stayed the night for my great niece's wedding, which was a lot of fun. The check n was super fast and friendly. Let me explain in more detail, I had worked at a motel and that was one of the things we strive to do asap. Also, this was the first time I ever stayed in a motel by myself and they were varying reassuring to me. I had a small problem with the tv but they came up and fixed it for me in just a few minutes. The complimentary breakfast was great and the girl was very friendly as well. I will most definitely stay again.

The room was clean, and everything worked properly. Most of the staff were very nice and helpful except for the check-in person. Good basic old style motel that has been updated. There is not a lot to choose from in the area, so this did the job.
